Requirements:
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant experience considered, Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting, Current BLS and ACLS certifications, Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification highly desirable, Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-stress situations, Commitment to continuous professional development and evidence-based practice, Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
