Requirements:
Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with relevant critical care experience considered, Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Critical Care setting, Current BLS and ACLS certification required, PALS certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire, Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed, Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
