You will apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create innovative curricula, course materials, and assessments across various modalities, including online, blended, and in-person formats. This position requires a creative problem-solver with a strong commitment to enhancing educational outcomes and fostering a rich learning environment. Skills: Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Backward Design), Expertise with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia), Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, Strong understanding of adult learning theories and pedagogical best practices, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Project management and organizational abilities, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, Multimedia development skills (audio, video, graphics), Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field; Master's degree preferred, 3+ years of professional experience in instructional design or curriculum development, Demonstrated experience designing and developing online and blended learning courses, Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, A portfolio demonstrating successful instructional design projects is highly desired, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Commitment to continuous learning and professional development We are seeking a talented and passionate Instructional Designer to join our dynamic educational team.
