Description

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Instructional Designer to join our educational technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating engaging and effective online learning experiences for our diverse student population. You will collaborate closely with faculty, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to transform traditional course content into compelling digital formats, leveraging best practices in adult learning theory and instructional design. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing the quality and accessibility of our educational programs. Skills: Proficiency in instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), Expertise in adult learning theories and pedagogical best practices, Strong command of e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Rise 360), Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and content deployment (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle), Ability to design and develop multimedia learning assets (e.g., graphics, audio, video), Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with SMEs and presenting ideas, Project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, Data analysis for learning effectiveness and evaluation Requirements: Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum & Instruction, or a closely related field (Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience may be considered), 3+ years of progressive experience in instructional design and curriculum development, preferably in higher education or corporate learning environments, Demonstrated experience in designing and developing online courses and digital learning materials from concept to completion, A strong portfolio showcasing instructional design projects, e-learning modules, and/or multimedia content, Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1) in digital learning content, Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to evolving project needs, Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions We are seeking an innovative and experienced Instructional Designer to join our educational technology team.
