Skills: Curriculum Design, Instructional Design Principles (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), Content Development, Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administration, Educational Technology Integration, Project Management, Assessment Design and Evaluation, Pedagogical Research, Technical Writing, Collaboration & Teamwork, Communication (Written & Verbal), Critical Thinking, Creativity Requirements: Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field (Bachelor's degree with significant experience considered)., 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation., Proven ability to design and implement engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences., Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design models., Proficiency with common educational technology tools and LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard)., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on creating clear and concise educational materials., Portfolio demonstrating successful curriculum projects or instructional designs is highly preferred., Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
