We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, providing insightful analysis to aid strategic decision-making. This role involves developing robust financial models, preparing budgets and forecasts, conducting variance analysis, and generating comprehensive financial reports to present to senior management and key stakeholders. You will contribute to continuous process improvements and support ad-hoc financial projects. Skills: Financial Modeling, Advanced Microsoft Excel, Data Analysis, Budgeting & Forecasting, Variance Analysis, Financial Reporting, PowerPoint Presentations, SAP or Oracle ERP Systems, Tableau or Power BI, Attention to Detail, Problem-Solving, Communication Skills, Strategic Thinking Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, 2-4 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance, Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial statements, Proven ability to build, maintain, and audit complex financial models, Excellent analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills, Ability to articulate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-finance audiences, Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, CFA or MBA is a significant plus
