Skills: Proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, C#, Node.js), Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Strong understanding of relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB), Expertise in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures, Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns, Experience with distributed systems and asynchronous programming, Version control using Git, Testing and debugging Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, Proven track record of building and deploying high-performance, scalable, and reliable production systems, Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, Ability to mentor and guide less experienced engineers, Experience with agile development methodologies, Commitment to writing clean, testable, and maintainable code
